A história que nos contam: a memória do judiciário sobre o regime autoritário / Authoritarianism and judiciary: the institutional memory on the authoritarian regime
Abstract:Resumo Analisa as narrativas construídas pelo Poder Judiciário, sobre a atuação dessa instituição durante o regime autoritário de 1964-1985. Utiliza fontes primárias, coletadas nos memoriais da justiça comum. Constata que a narrativa oficial não tece considerações sobre a legalidade autoritária, nem sobre a ruptura democr ática. Sugere que a memória institucional comunica mais sobre o judiciário na atual democracia brasileira, do que sobre o passado.
