Is Fistulotomy with Marsipulization more Effective than Fistulectomy alone for Low Fistula in Ano?

Abstract: Background Fistula in ano is a very common perianal condition seen in outpatient departments. Fistulotomy and fistulectomy are two conventional options of surgery.
