Dear Editor,We would like to share ideas on the publication "HLA-DR4 and DRB4: potential risk alleles for COVID-19 vaccination-related ANCA-associated vasculitis [1]." The negative effects of the vaccine and the interaction between HLA-DR4 and DRB4 are recognized by Loo et al It's interesting to note that evidence from real-world experiences is needed to demonstrate the COVID-19 vaccine's efficacy and safety for contemporary women [2]. Concerns concerning the safety of the COVID-19 vaccine for expecting extend beyond death and include the potential for minor morbidities.
