Abstract: ResumoApesar de ser um procedimento amplamente utilizado em todo o mundo e com elevadas taxas de remissão dos sintomas, o tratamento cirúrgico da síndrome do túnel do carpo pode apresentar resultados não satisfatórios ao paciente.
