Palatal Schwannoma: An Analysis of 45 Literature Reports and of an Illustrative Case

Abstract: Introduction Schwannomas are benign tumors originating from differentiated Schwann cells. Being the least common intraoral neoplasm of neural origin, it is rarely seen in the palate.
