Safety zone for surgical access in the middle third of the clavicle: study on cadavers

Abstract: ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to establish a neurovascular safety zone for surgical access in the middle third of the clavicle, by means of dissection on cadavers.MethodsTwenty shoulders were dissected in 10 cadavers, with deep dissection of the middle third of the clavicle.
