Association between trochanteric bursitis, osteoarthrosis and total hip arthroplasty

Abstract: Objectivethis was an epidemiological study on trochanteric bursitis at the time of performing total hip arthroplasty.Methodssixty-two sequential patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty due to osteoarthrosis, without any previous history of trochanteric bursitis, were evaluated.
