Needle knife-assisted polypectomy in hot snare-resistant fibrotic inflammatory polyps

Abstract: Background Inflammatory polyps are common sequelae in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Those polyps can usually be removed with snare polypectomy.
