10.4: A 2.3‐inch Automotive AMOLED Display with Small Bending Radius

Abstract

This work reports a 12.3 inch flexible AMOLED display with small bending radius. Based on its flexible substrate and thin film encapsulation (TFE) advantages, S-shaped demo and smart cockpit were developed by cold bending technology with minimum bending radius of 100 mm. Moreover, by hot bending forming technique, R245 and R500 demo were obtained.
