Abstract:The paper analyzes the effectiveness of a new class of medications — CDK4/6 cyclin-dependent kinases inhibitors and discover the mechanism of its action. The article describes the general results of studies on palbociclib, ribociclib and abemaciclib* for the first- and subsequent-line of the therapy of HR-positive/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer.
