Abstract:Introduction
Refractory spasticity in children is treated with intrathecal baclofen (ITB), which may worsen both central and obstructive breathing events. Sleep disordered breathing (SDB) is seldom investigated prior and/or subsequent to placement of ITB and there are currently no standardized protocols.
