Abstract: Introduction Recombinant human Growth Hormone (rhGH) is an important pharmacological agent for linear growth stimulation and body composition in children with growth hormone deficiency (GHD). However, reports indicate that treatment with rhGH can be associated with adeno-tonsillar hyperplasia.
