Abstract: Introduction More than 80% of patients of isolated rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder (iRBD), a prodromal disease of α-synucleinopathies, progress to neurological disease like Parkinson's disease (PD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), and multiple system atrophy (MSA).
