Abstract:Background & ObjectiveWe report on an MRSA outbreak in our 22-bedded neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in 2016, which was successfully contained. During two months, 11 neonates and 7 adults (n=4 parents, n=3 health care workers) were found to be colonized with MRSA. No systemic infections were observed.
