We want to hear from you!

Mon Jan 25 2021

At scite, we are constantly thinking about helping you do better research. Whether that is through improvements made to our browser extension, new integrations with other products and services, or simply clarifying the messaging on the site. These improvements come from internal discussions many times, but more often than not they come from interactions with our users letting us know that something is not working or is unclear.

We value this feedback so much that we proactively seek it, running usability studies and one-on-one interviews with researchers regularly.

Today, we’d like to put out a larger call for feedback and invite you to let us know what you like or dislike about scite through email or through a one-on-one chat with our team.

If you’re interested in participating in a user interview, please get in touch with us at hi@scite.ai and we’ll follow up with you to schedule a chat for our usability study. If you just want to write us feedback directly by email, that works too!

Do I have to be a current scite user?

No. Anyone who reads scientific papers is welcome to participate.

What will I be doing in this usability study?

You will be asked to complete several short tasks using scite. You will also be asked questions about your experience and perceptions of the website.

Do I have to prepare in advance?

No. All you have to do is show up. We want your raw, unfiltered thoughts.

How long is the session?

Roughly 60 minutes.

How will this help you?

Any feedback you give in the course of the study will inform our product-level decisions including, but not limited to, minor tweaks on the site to improve clarity, prioritizing upcoming features, and ideas for new features that make scite more useful for you.
