According to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.12.2004 № 715 the disease caused by the virus of immunodeficiency of the person enter the list of socially significant diseases and the list of the diseases presenting danger to people around. Therefore, the aim of the research was to study the dynamics of the volume of procurement of medicines for the treatment of HIV-infected patients and the assortment availability of antiretroviral medicines in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The studies were conducted during the period of 2010–2016 years. The objects were the materials of reporting of the State Budget Health Agency Republican Center for Prevention and Control of AIDS and infectious diseases, electronic cards of government contracts. Methods of research: statistical, marketing, logic-economic, ATC/DDDs. The average growth rate in procurement of antiretroviral medicines is relatively the basic 2010 in monetary terms amounted to 168,52%. The largest share (1⁄2 part) were domestic medicines with one active substance. In value terms, there is a significant reduction of 26,74% in the volume of purchases of imported medicines with one active substance. At the same time, the import antiretroviral medicines were more in demand among combined antiretroviral medicines: their share increased by 28,56%. In natural terms, the share of domestic medicines with one active substance increased by 49,37%, in general, the share of the volume of antiretroviral medicines purchases of domestic production increased by 2,64 times. An analysis was conducted of the levels of management of assortment based on the calculation of the coefficients of the latitude of ARVs, regional mesocontours of domestic and imported ARVs of the six of the analyzed ATCgroups 4-th level were formed. The number of average daily doses of DDDs/1000 people/day for ARVs was calculated. It is established that the dominating in 2010–2016 there were ARVs of two ATC-subgroups: non-nucleoside — reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) and Nucleoside — reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs), which corresponds to the preferred first-line regimen for patients who had not previously taken antiretroviral therapy.
The objective of the research was to conduct a comparative analysis of the development of Lebanon based on a number of demographic, economic and social indicators characterizing the health care of Lebanon, and to determine the prospects for the cooperation with the Russian Federation (RF) in the pharmacy field.Materials and methods. The studies were conducted from 2009 to 2016. The objects were the statistical data accumulated on the basis of the data from national institutions and international organizations. These data were published annually in the reports of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the United Nations Population Division for 11 countries in the Middle East: Bahrain, Jordan, Yemen, Kuwait, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia (Asian countries); Egypt, Sudan, Tunisia (North African countries). The research methods were: a comparative analysis, analytical grouping of data, ranking.Results. A comparative analysis of demographic, economic and social indicators revealed that low mortality rates and high life expectancy in Lebanon were achieved both due to a satisfactory level of health care financing (Rank 5) and due to the adoption of adequate decisions in organizing and managing the Lebanese health care system. The positive trends that were inherent in the Lebanese health care system in previous decades continued to operate within the framework of earlier inertia, while migration flows intensified. However, there has been a slowdown in the decline in infant mortality in the dynamics of growth rates, which is a signal of the emergence of negative processes in the social sphere of the country.Conclusion. The current situation in the Lebanese health care system, associated with limited financial resources, poses new challenges in the search for managerial decisions in the field of organizational management. The import of drugs from the Russian Federation will provide a significant reduction in the financial costs of providing the population of Lebanon and migrants with medicines which will increase the monetary costs of providing medical care.
The study of cases of infectious diseases detected for the first time in the Republic of Bashkortostan (RB) revealed that in the group of infectious diseases, the nature of which is well studied, but the system of effective measures to combat them has not yet been developed, the greatest increase in morbidity in 2020 compared to 2015 was observed for influenza - by 341.16%. Therefore, the topic of marketing analysis on vaccines used in influenza immunoprophylaxis is relevant and timely. The analysis of the range of vaccines for the prevention of influenza was carried out by us according to the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Bashkortostan, taking into account the information of the information and analytical system «State Register of Medicines» (GRLS) as of 08/23/2022 and presented by the 4th generation (generations). It was found that in the 2020/2021 epidemic season, relative to the 2015/2016 epidemic season, with a general decrease in the range of vaccines in the pharmaceutical market of the Republic of Bashkortostan, there was a 30.00% increase in the share of trivalent vaccines and 10.84% increase in the share of quadrivalent vaccines, the effectiveness of which increases the antigenic coincidence of influenza virus lines, the amount of costs prevented. Within the framework of the National Calendar of Preventive Vaccinations in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the transition to quadrivalent vaccines for immunoprophylaxis was not carried out, however, these vaccines were purchased by the population and organizations of Republic of Bashkortostan in pharmaceutical organizations for additional funds.
