This study is categorized as research and development (R&D) which aims to develop and determine the feasibility of interactive learning media by making helical gear using milling machine. The data collection method uses questionnaire. The respondent subjects are material experts, media experts, teachers, and students. The research data are quantitative and qualitative and these were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study are interactive learning media by making helical gear using milling machine equipped with texts, images, videos and questions. The results of assessment of learning media from material experts gave 3.04 included in very feasible category. Media experts gave 3.64 included in very feasible category. Teachers gave 3.15 included in feasible category. Assessment of limited field trial got an average 2.99 included in feasible to be used category. An extensive field trial got an average 3.30 is included in very feasible category. Based on those results, the learning media is suitable to be used in learning process on helical gear material.
ABSTRAKANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ENERGI NUKLIR. Pengelolaan hasil penelitian dan kegiatan Pusat Kajian Sistem Energi Nuklir (PKSEN), baik dalam bentuk dokumen maupun hasil kegiatan lainnya, merupakan bagian yang penting dari rangkaian kegiatan pencapaian Misi PKSEN. Pengelolaan dokumen yang baik akan memudahkan pemberian masukan perbaikan ataupun penggunaan hasil yang maksimal. Namun selama beberapa tahun belakangan ini, masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan di dalam pengelolaan dokumen hasil penelitian dan kegiatan yang dilakukan PKSEN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis dan perancangan konsep flow desain/layout Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir untuk mempermudah penerapan Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir (SIEN). Sistem informasi ini, disamping digunakan sebagai sistem pengelolaan hasil penelitian dan kegiatan PKSEN juga dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat. Paket Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir ini diharapkan menjadi “satu pintu gerbang” informasi PKSEN. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah: (i) analisis sistem organisasi, (ii) analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi; (iii) analisis dan perancangan sistem perangkat lunak; (iv) analisis dan perancangan sistem basis data. Pada penelitian ini telah: diidentifikasi seluruh aktivitas dan sumberdaya organisasi PKSEN, dilakukan analisis penerapan SIEN menggunakan analisis SWOT, diidentifikasi beberapa jenis perangkat yang dibutuhkan, disusun hirarki SIEN, ditentukan sistem basis data yang digunakan adalah sistem basis data terpusat dan telah ditentukan pemilihan DBMS menggunakan MySQL. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebuah rancangan dasar Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir (SIEN) yang nantinya akan mempermudah penerapan SIEN yang akan digunakan sebagai sistem pengelolaan hasil penelitian dan kegiatan PKSEN juga dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat.Kata kunci: analisis, perancangan, sistem informasi, energi nuklir. Management of research reports and activities of the Center for Nuclear Energy System Assessment (PKSEN), either in the form of documents and the results of other activities, are important part of the series of activities PKSEN mission achievement. Management of good documents will facilitate the provision of improved inputs or use the maximum results. But over the past few years, there are still some problem in the management of research reports and activities performed by PKSEN. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design flow layout of the Nuclear Energy Information System to facilitate the implementation of the Nuclear Energy Information System. In addition to be used as a research management system and PKSEN activities, it can also be used as a information media for the community. Nuclear Energy Information System package is expected to be "one gate system" for PKSEN information. The research methodology used are: (i) analysis of organizational systems, (ii) the analysis and design of information systems; (iii) the analysis and design of software systems; (iv) the analysis and design of database systems. The results of this study are: had identified and resources throughout the organization PKSEN activation, had analyzed the application of SIEN using SWOT analysis, had identified several types of devices required, had been compiled hierarchy of SIEN, had determined that the database system used is a centralized database system and had elections MySQL as DBMS. The result is a basic design of the Nuclear Energy Information System) which will used as a research and activities management system of PKSEN and also can be used as a medium of information for the community.Keywords: analysis, design, information systems, nuclear energy.
STRATEGI PERSIAPAN INFRASTRUKTUR PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH BAHAN BAKAR BEKAS PLTN UNTUK MENDUKUNG PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN PLTN DI INDONESIA. Terkait dengan program ketahanan energi, Pemerintah lndonesia berencana melaksanakan program pembangunan PLTN guna memenuhi kebutuhan energi. Namun, salah satu permasalahan cukup penting adalah pengelolaan limbah bahan bakar bekas PL TN yang tidak dapat terlepas dari program pembangunan PLTN. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya persiapan infrastruktur untuk mengelola limbah bahan bakar bekas PLTN. Tujuan studi adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan persiapan infrastrukur dalam rangka pengembangan salah satu dari 19 (sembilan belas) infrastruktur PL TN, khususnya aspek pengelolaan limbah, sehingga dapat diperoleh beberapa rekomendasi persiapan infrastruktur pengelolaan limbah bahan bakar bekas PL TN. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan berbagai kajian pustaka secara komprehensif, belajar dari pengalaman negara maju, sekaligus melakukan studi perbandingan dari negara berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan limbah bahan bakar PLTN, seperti Korea Selatan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga tahapan kegiatan terkait persiapan infrastruktur pengelolaan limbah bahan bakar bekas PLTN, yaitu: (i) pembuatan komitmen berpengetahuan program nuklir, (ii) persiapan untuk membuka penawaran lelang proyek PL TN yang pertama, dan (iii) persiapan untuk mengoperasikan PLTN. Strateginya meliputi rekomendasi: (i) penyusunan konsep Badan Pelaksana Pengelolaan Limbah Radioaktif', dan (ii) penyusunan konsep desain Fasilitas Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Bakar Bekas PLTN.
The Jakarta Energy Planning Process (JEPP) is expected to be a successful template for other provinces in Indonesia. However, JEPP consists of a complex set of interrelated activities. These activities are fraught with difficulties and errors, including incorrectness, inconsistency, incompleteness, and redundancy in the process under which the Jakarta energy planning is undertaken. This paper aims to identify complexity issues in JEPP with the aim to alleviate these complexities using Agent-Oriented Analysis (AOA). This research uses the Design Science Research (DSR) method and towards the analysis employs seven Agent-Based Modellings (ABMs), including goal model, role model, organisation model, interaction model, environment model, agent model, and scenario model. The research consists of five stages: the synthesis of a preliminary knowledge analysis framework, the identification of complexity issues, recommendation synthesis, and finally the development of the complete knowledge analysis framework. While the analysis undertaken in this paper focuses on Jakarta, the developed knowledge analysis framework should be useful for energy planners in other regions, and research communities in general who are involved in such endeavours in developing complex planning processes.
