We measure the time dependence of the ratio of decay rates for the rare decay D{0}-->K{+}pi{-} to the Cabibbo-favored decay D{0}-->K{-}pi;{+}. A signal of 12.7x10;{3} D{0}-->K{+}pi{-} decays was obtained using the Collider Detector at Fermilab II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron with an integrated luminosity of 1.5 fb;{-1}. We measure the D0-D[over ]{0} mixing parameters (R_{D},y{'},x{'2}), and find that the data are inconsistent with the no-mixing hypothesis with a probability equivalent to 3.8 Gaussian standard deviations.
Measurement of the Higgs boson mass in theH → Z Z * → 4 and H → γγ channels with √ s = 13 TeV p p collisions using the ATLAS detector The ATLAS Collaboration The mass of the Higgs boson is measured in the H → Z Z * → 4 and in the H → γγ decay channels with 36.1 fb −1 of proton-proton collision data from the Large Hadron Collider at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV recorded by the ATLAS detector in 2015 and 2016. The measured value in the H → Z Z * → 4 channel is m Z Z * H = 124.79 ± 0.37 GeV, while the measured value in the H → γγ channel is m γγ H = 124.93 ± 0.40 GeV. Combining these results with the ATLAS measurement based on 7 and 8 TeV proton-proton collision data yields a Higgs boson mass of m H = 124.97 ± 0.24 GeV.
We report on measurements of the 1S, 2S and 3S di erential cross sections d 2 =dp T dy jyj 0:4 , as well as on the 1S polarization in pp collisions at p s = 1:8TeV using a sample of 77 3 pb ,1 collected by the Collider Detector at Fermilab. The three resonances were reconstructed through the decay ! + , . The measured angular distribution of the muons in the 1S rest frame is consistent with unpolarized meson production.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
