The Islamic gold pawn is one of the products in banking that is loved by the public in overcoming short-term capital shortages, coupled with the increasing gold price which has increased significantly during the pandemic, stepping on the price of 1 million / gram. This becomes interesting when the world economy experiences a decline and losses, the price of gold actually increases significantly. Therefore, gold has a pretty promising business potential, not least in terms of gold pawning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the estimated value, ujrah and promotion on customer interest in using Islamic gold pawn financing products. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population used in this research are Bank Riau Kepri Syariah CAPEM Batam customers who use Islamic gold pawn financing products. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study was SmartPLS 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the estimated value on customer interest with an O value of 0.185146 and a T-Statistic value of 14,465,931. There is a significant positive effect of ujrah on customer interest with an O value of 0.708490 and a T- Statistic value of 93.002.845. There is a significant positive effect of promotion on customer interest with an O value of 0.118095 and a T-Statistic value of 10,599.935.

This study aims to determine tax socialization, tax knowledge and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers registered who are registered KPP Pratama Gresik. Sampling uses random sampling method and the total sampleis 105 respondents. Show that tax socialization has no effect on individual taxpayer. Meanwhile, tax knowledge and tax sanctions have an effect on individual taxpayer compliance.This study has limitations using only a relatively small number of samples due to limited time for distributing questionnaires and researchers can add the number of respondents to increase the number of samples so that further research is better.
This research is entitled Organizational Communication Patterns in Improving Employee Performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to determine how organizational communication patterns can improve employee performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that (1) The Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province uses a wheel communication pattern in which the head of the department provides information through oral communication during routine meetings and writing in the form of letters or information submitted in Whatsapp groups consisting of all employees. (2) for the performance of employees is classified as good because the quantity of all employees in completing the task is in accordance with the set target, then the quality of the workers is classified as good even though there are limited human resources, discipline, craftsmanship, and cooperation between employees is classified as good. (3) the communication pattern that can improve employee performance is the Y communication pattern because only the head of the department and the head of the field / section conduct meetings so that other employees can continue to do their respective duties so that the quantity and quality of employee work is maintained and more effective because the information conveyed by the head of the department during the meeting can be conveyed back from the head of the field / section to the employees in the field / section.
This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure, audit quality and free cash flow on earnings management in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. Sample selection produced 20 companies. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual report. The statistical method used is logistic regression analysis. The of statistical analysis show that institutional ownership and audit quality has a impact on profit management. Ownership and free cash flow do not have a significant impact on revenue management.
This internship report was created to explain the implementation of the marketing strategy for the sale of industrial products for the Oil Fuel (BBM) and non-Fuel Oil (BBM) industries such as Asphalt and petrochemical products at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Central Java using the My Pertamina For Business Application. Implementation of the Certified Student Internship Program (PMMB) batch 2 of 2023 starts from March 2022 to September 2022. Data collection uses observations, interviews, field activity reports and documentation.
From the results of the internship it is known that one of the sales strategies is to use My Pertamina For Business which is to facilitate the transaction process for Agents and Distributors of Industrial and non-Fuel Petroleum (BBM) products in the hope that satisfaction with service can make existing collaborations achieve goals for both short term goals and long term goals.
