In recent trends, wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have become popular because of their cost, simple structure, reliability, and developments in the communication field. The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the interconnection of everyday objects and sharing of information through the Internet. Congestion in networks leads to transmission delays and packet loss and causes wastage of time and energy on recovery. The routing protocols are adaptive to the congestion status of the network, which can greatly improve the network performance. In this research, collision-aware routing using the multi-objective seagull optimization algorithm (CAR-MOSOA) is designed to meet the efficiency of a scalable WSN. The proposed protocol exploits the clustering process to choose cluster heads to transfer the data from source to endpoint, thus forming a scalable network, and improves the performance of the CAR-MOSOA protocol. The proposed CAR-MOSOA is simulated and examined using the NS-2.34 simulator due to its modularity and inexpensiveness. The results of the CAR-MOSOA are comprehensively investigated with existing algorithms such as fully distributed energy-aware multi-level (FDEAM) routing, energy-efficient optimal multi-path routing protocol (EOMR), tunicate swarm grey wolf optimization (TSGWO), and CoAP simple congestion control/advanced (CoCoA). The simulation results of the proposed CAR-MOSOA for 400 nodes are as follows: energy consumption, 33 J; end-to-end delay, 29 s; packet delivery ratio, 95%; and network lifetime, 973 s, which are improved compared to the FDEAM, EOMR, TSGWO, and CoCoA.
Currently, analysts in a variety of nations have developed various WSN clustering protocols. The major characteristic is the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH), which attained the objective of energy balance by sporadically varying the Cluster Heads (CHs) in the region. Nevertheless, because it implements an arbitrary number system, the appropriateness of CH is complete with suspicions. In this paper, an optimal cluster head selection (CHS) model is developed regarding secure and energy-aware routing in the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Here, optimal CH is preferred based on distance, energy, security (risk probability), delay, trust evaluation (direct and indirect trust), and Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI). Here, the energy level is predicted using an improved Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN). To choose the finest CH in WSN, Bald Eagle Assisted SSA (BEA-SSA) is employed in this work. Finally, the results authenticate the effectiveness of BEA-SSA linked to trust, RSSI, security, etc. The Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) for 100 nodes is 0.98 at 500 rounds, which is high when compared to Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO), Multi-Objective Fractional Particle Lion Algorithm (MOFPL), Sparrow Search Algorithm (SSA), Bald Eagle Search optimization (BES), Rider Optimization (ROA), Hunger Games Search (HGS), Shark Smell Optimization (SSO), Rider-Cat Swarm Optimization (RCSO), and Firefly Cyclic Randomization (FCR) methods.
Abstract-Human Face Recognition systems are an identification procedure in which a person is verified based on human traits. Th is paper describes a fast face detection algorithm with accurate result. Lip Tracking is one of the biometric systems based on which a genuine system can be developed. Since the uttering characteristics of an individual are unique and difficu lt to imitate, lip tracking holds an advantage of making the system secure. We use pre-recorded visual utterance of speakers has been generated and stored in the database for future verification. The entire p roject occurs in four different stages in which the first stage includes obtaining face region fro m the orig inal image, the second stage includes mouth region extraction by background subtraction, the third stage includes key points extraction by considering the lip centroid as origin of co-ord inates and the fourth stage includes storing the obtained feature vector in the database. The user who wants to be identified by the system provides the new live informat ion, wh ich is then compared with the existing temp late in the database. The feedback provided by the system will be ‗a match or a missmatch'. This project will increase the accuracy level of biometric systems.
