RESUMOEste artigo apoia-se na análise descritiva da funcionalidade das comunidades virtuais que se constituem nas redes sociais da Internet utilizadas por imigrantes brasileiros residentes em Portugal. O objetivo é refletir sobre a Internet como um "ciberespaço" onde esses atores sociais se esforçam em apropriar-se da ideia de construção/reconstrução da identidade brasileira, manutenção de afetos, reagrupamento social, superação dos discursos institucionais, interação entre as nacionalidades brasileira e portuguesa e novas formas culturais de comunicação online.

ABSTRACT
Imaginary and immigration on the social networks of the Internet: The case of Brazilians in Portugal.The research relies on the descriptive analysis of the functionality of virtual communities on the Internet Social Network used by Brazilian immigrants living in Portugal. The aim is to think on the Internet as a "cyberspace" where one can take ownership on the idea of building/ rebuilding Brazilian identity, affect maintenance, social family, overcoming institutional discourse, interaction between the Brazilian and Portuguese nationalities and new cultural forms of online communication.
Resumo O texto refete sobre o conceito de fâneur e procura perceber se, de fato, ainda é possível admitir sua transposição para o atual contexto de utilização da Internet, como tentaram fazer alguns autores no início dos anos 2000. O trabalho recupera as apreciações lítero-históricas de Baudelaire e Benjamin a fm de conjugá-las com as ampliações metafóricas que foram feitas em relação a este fenômeno social. O objetivo é compreender até que ponto a prática do fanador desdobra-se para o ciberespaço.
O artigo analisa as ações afirmativas dos Partidos Piratas a fim de compreender como o seu discurso se move na tentativa de reordenar o olhar e os sentidos normativos acerca da pirataria para, desta forma, fortalecerem as suas teses e afirmarem uma nova identidade política. Ainda no campo analítico, o texto demonstra a conversão criativa que realizaram ao apoiarem-se, de modo homônimo, na desconstrução de uma categoria social admitida, historicamente, como marcador arbitrário. Argumenta-se que a ação inicial dos piratas utiliza a acusação como recurso operatório, transformando-a em benefício publicitário para a ação política que promovem. A análise, de cariz qualitativa, foi baseada em documentos oficiais, no material de propaganda e em entrevistas realizadas com membros da Alemanha, Brasil, Portugal e Suécia.
