The purpose of this study was to to explore mothers experience in caring for preterm infants who had been treated in the NICU in Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative design with in depth interviews using open ended questions as a guide. The study was conducted in a patients home in a fairly comfortable space. The sample consisted of five mothers. Data were analyzed using Collaizi method. The results obtained are six themes, namely the mothers description of the characteristics of preterm infants, the cause of preterm birth, the mothers experience in preterm baby care at home, the support the mother receives in preterm infant care, mothers self-coping in the care of preterm infants and reactions mother during caring for preterm baby. The conclusion that can be taken is that mothers experience in caring for preterm baby who had been treated in NICU room of Bengkulu City should be able to pay attention to some obstacles or challenges that need to be considered during home treatment. In general, the mother is able to pass a period of sadness and grief in treating preterm infants or low birth weight. Keywords:Phenomenology, Mothers Experience,Preterm.
PT. XHT adalah salah satu perusahaan swasta bergerak di bidang penagihan hutang. Perusahaan ini memiliki sistem penagihan hutang berbasis web. Namun, pernah terjadi pencurian username dan password pada sistem berjalan. Hal ini disebabkan banyak hal, diantaranya password yang terlalu mudah. Salah satu solusi mengatasi hal ini adalah dengan meningkatkan keamanan autentikasi, yaitu dibuat sistem One Time Password. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sistem keamanan login One Time Password menggunakan fungsi hash SHA-512. Dalam mengembangkan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall Development sebagai siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak. One Time Password sebuah kode acak hanya dapat digunakan satu kali. Pengujian melibatkan beberapa pihak, diantaranya Ahli Media dan Ahli Materi, serta menggunakan metode black box. Hasil uji black box menunjukkan kelayakan fungsi button berupa masukan dan keluaran. Sementara itu, hasil uji oleh Ahli Media mendapat nilai 82%, sedangkan Ahli Materi adalah 75%. Sehigga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem login One Time Password menggunakan SHA-512 layak digunakan untuk keamanan pengguna.
Etnofarmakologi adalah studi yang menggunakan tumbuhan sebagai obat oleh orang-orang yang mendiami wilayah tertentu. Beberapa orang di Indonesia masih menggunakan jamu sebagai obat tradisional, serta masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar hutan bakau. Salah satunya adalah Rhizophoraceae, tanaman ini umumnya merupakan konstituen utama tanaman mangrove. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan relatif Rhizophoraceae sebagai tanaman obat di hutan mangrove. Hasil penelitian ini, ada tiga spesies dari famili Rhozophoraceae yang digunakan sebagai tanaman obat, yaitu Rhizophora apiculata, Ceriop tagal dan Bruguiera gymnorrizha. Tanaman digunakan untuk dingin, pengobatan pada periode pascapartum penyembuhan, bisul dan sakit perut. Bagian tanaman yang digunakan adalah daun, bunga, buah dan kulit kayu. Jamu ini diolah dengan cara direbus untuk diminum dan ada yang dihaluskan untuk digosok. Some people in Indonesia still use herbs as medicine traditionally, as well as the communities living around the mangrove forests. One of the is Rhizophoraceae, This plant is generally the main constituent of plant mangroves. This study aimed to determine the relative utilization Rhizophoraceae as medicinal plants in the mangrove forest. The results of this research, there are three species of the family Rhozophoraceae were used as a medicinal plant, that are Rhizophora apiculata, Ceriop tagal dan Bruguiera gymnorrizha. Plants are used for cold, treatment in the postpartum period of healing, ulcers and stomach pain. Part of plant that used are the leaves, flowers, fruit and bark. These herbs are processed by boiling to drink and there are mashed to rub.
Ethnobotanical study of weeds as traditional medicinal plants was conducted in West Pasaman, Indonesia. Weed is a type of wild plant that grows naturally without deliberately planted by humans. Weeds grow around housing residents or farmlands. Their existence is less desirable, but indigenous people in Luhak Nan Tigo, West Pasaman, utilize some types of weeds as traditional medicinal plants. This study was focused on identifying weeds as medicinal plants, disease treated, part of the weeds used, methods of preparation, and ingredients added. The descriptive survey method with observation and interview techniques was employed in this study. A total of 35 species of weeds belonging to the 23 plants family were identified. Weeds are used as traditional medicines to cure wounds, fever, bone pain, abdominal pain, back pain, itching, heartburn, asthma, and phlegm.
This community service aims to provide bookkeeping and financial reporting training using the Android-based SIAPIK application program for sharia UMKM players in the Bangka district. The methods of implementing this service activity were offline training and mentoring methods. This service targeted 26 sharia MSME actors in the Bangka district. The evaluation instrument for this activity used Quizzes and test questions. The results of this service showed that the SIAPIK training had increased the understanding of UMKM actors about the importance of financial management for micro, small, and medium enterprises, as well as the practice of preparing financial reports using the SIAPIK application. The SIAPIK application is expected to make it easier to make financial reports useful for business decisions and applying for capital loans from creditors.
