Medical diagnosis is considered as an important step in dentistry treatment which assists clinicians to give their decision about diseases of a patient. It has been affirmed that the accuracy of medical diagnosis, which is much influenced by the clinicians' experience and knowledge, plays an important role to effective treatment therapies. In this paper, we propose a novel decision making method based on fuzzy aggregation operators for medical diagnosis from dental X-Ray images. It firstly divides a dental X-Ray image into some segments and identified equivalent diseases by a classification method called Affinity Propagation Clustering (APC+). Lastly, the most potential disease is found using fuzzy aggregation operators. The experimental validation on real dental datasets of Hanoi Medical University Hospital, Vietnam showed the superiority of the proposed method against the relevant ones in terms of accuracy.
Sharing a medical image visually annotated by a region of interest with a remotely located specialist for consultation is a good practice. It may, however, require a special-purpose (and most likely expensive) system to send and view them, which is an unfeasible solution in developing countries such as Vietnam. In this study, we design and implement interoperable methods based on the HL7 Clinical Document Architecture and the eXtensible Markup Language Stylesheet Language for Transformation standards to seamlessly exchange and visually present the shapes of regions of interest using web browsers. We also propose a new integration architecture for a Clinical Document Architecture generator that enables embedding of regions of interest and simultaneous auto-generation of corresponding style sheets. Using the Clinical Document Architecture document and style sheet, a sender can transmit clinical documents and medical images together with coordinate values of regions of interest to recipients. Recipients can easily view the documents and display embedded regions of interest by rendering them in their web browser of choice.

Abstract
Reservoirs in fractured basement are few in number and so far have contributed only a small percentage to the world production of oil and gas. Those from the fractured granite basement (FGRB) are even much fewer, and many of them were incidentally found by an unplanned exploration work. Therefore, it is not unusual to consider them as some unconventional reservoirs. But in Vietnam, where 90% of the national oil production comes from the fractured granite basement one would rather consider them as a conventional reservoir. In any case characterization of fractured granite reservoir is more difficult than that of clastic reservoirs. On top of that, experiences and literatures on this type of reservoir are not so much published and available.
In this poster a review of reservoirs in fractured granite basement is presented. The main information, including the occurrence depth, geographic locations, production, geological age etc. are summarized and tabulated. A distribution map of the studied reservoirs was digitally constructed. In particular, a more detailed description of the Fractured Granite Basment (FGB) reservoirs in Vietnam including the White Tiger field is presented.
There is no doubt that fractured granite basement reservoirs will play a more and more important role in future E&P in the region and all over the world. The paper is expected to bring a useful review that is of interest for those will be or are dealing with exploration and production of reservoirs in fractured granite basement.
