Introdução: A adolescência compreende o período de 10 a 19 anos de idade. Essa mudança da infância para a fase adulta é marcada por várias modificações sejam elas físicas, sociais, sexuais e psicológicas. Objetivo: O presente estudo buscou identificar as complicações relacionadas com a gravidez na adolescência. Metodologia: Trata-se de um artigo de revisão integrativa de literatura que tem por finalidade agrupar e sintetizar resultados de pesquisas empíricas sobre o tema em questão, com os seguintes descritores de saúde: “Complicações na gravidez”, “Gravidez na Adolescência” e “Adolescência”. Foram pesquisados na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), nas bases de dados da Literatura Latina Americana em Ciências de Saúde (LILACS), (BDENF – ENFERMAGEM) e COLECIONA (SUS). Os critérios de inclusão: Foram os artigos publicados entre os anos de 2015 a 2020, idioma português, texto completo de acesso gratuito e temática condizente com objetivo da pesquisa. Os critérios de exclusão: Artigos em duplicação nas bases de dados, os que não possuíram afinidade com tema, texto incompleto e/ou indisponível. Foram selecionados 10 artigos. Resultados: Os estudos evidenciaram que a gravidez na adolescência pode acarretar várias complicações e sérios riscos de morbimortalidade para o binômio. Pois é nessa faixa etária que o sistema reprodutivo feminino está passando por uma série de mudanças. Considerações finais: É importante, que essas adolescentes tenham conhecimento sobre métodos contraceptivos, a prevenção de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis e sejam inseridas na escola através de programas educacionais, além da participação dos pais na educação sexual e reprodutiva dos filhos.

Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo do tipo pesquisa bibliográfica revisão da literatura sobre Auditoria na Qualidade Assistência de Enfermagem. Portanto, a pesquisa tem como objetivo geral: revisar artigos científicos e didáticos que explorem Auditoria hospitalar na Qualidade da assistência de enfermagem evidenciada. Durante a pesquisa foi possível perceber a importância do Enfermeiro Auditor na qualidade da assistência. Além de identificar alguns recursos como a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE), instrumento utilizado durante o serviço prestado ao paciente por meio dos registos, anotações nos prontuários, que auxiliam durante o processo de verificação da assistência e nas cobranças dos gastos. Portanto, a Auditoria é uma avaliação sistemática de qualidade da assistência, que beneficia o cliente, resulta no processo de educação, controla os custos, investiga, analisa a eficiência e eficácia dessa assistência prestada, garantindo os direitos do cliente e mantém a instituição no mercado competitivo em parâmetros de excelência.
