ResumoO presente estudo aborda as intervenções terapêuticas no tratamento de pacientes usuários de crack e outras drogas, levando em consideração ações, dificuldades, abordagens terapêuticas, para o enfrentamento das drogas. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar a intervenção da equipe multidisciplinar nos CAPS AD em relação aos usuários de crack. A metodologia do presente foi de análise e revisão bibliográfica, quanto à abordagem qualitativa. Para a coleta de dados, buscou-se artigos e livros da literatura portuguesa, além de sites como Bireme, BVS e Ministério da Saúde que englobavam as palavras chaves, a partir do ano 2000 a 2013. Por meio da pesquisa realizada pode-se destacar a suma importância da inserção equipe multiprofissional nos CAPS AD, para otimização do trabalho com os usuários de crack, através de consultas, intervenções terapêuticas e oficinas de apoio.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Crack, Drogas, Equipe de saúde.
AbstractThe present study focuses on therapeutic interventions in the treatment of patients who use crack and other drugs, taking into account actions, difficulties, therapeutic approaches to tackling drugs . The main objective of this research is to analyze the intervention of the multidisciplinary team in CAPS AD compared with users of crack . The methodology of this analysis was and literature review regarding the qualitative approach. For data collection, we sought articles and books of Portuguese literature, besides sites like Bireme, BVS and the Ministry of Health that encompassed key words , from the year 2000 to 2013 . O presente trabalho tem por objetivo, através de pesquisas bibliográficas, evidenciar os principais fatores qualiquantitativos identificados como causadores da lombalgia, descrevendo as suas possíveis implicações sobre profissionais de enfermagem lotados em unidades hospitalares. Ela é caracterizada pela dor nos músculos da região lombar e atinge milhões de pessoas em todo o mundo, sendo a segunda maior causa de visitas de pacientes aos médicos, a maior causa de absenteísmo em profissionais com menos de 40 anos e também a maior incidência entre profissionais do sexo feminino. Conclusão: foi evidenciado a prevalência da lombalgia na população de forma geral, com importante destaque na equipe de enfermagem, em especial no sexo feminino, por apresentarem, menor estatura, menor massa muscular e óssea, maior densidade de gordura e articulações mais frágeis em relação ao sexo masculino. Foi ressaltada a importância de pausas efetivas, durante o exercício das atividades profissionais, com o intuito de evitar sobrecarga física, aliado a prática regular de exercícios físicos para o fortalecimento da sua musculatura.

The Manchester risk classification protocol or Manchester Screening System (STM) is a methodology that has been widely used in Brazil, developed in England in the city of Manchester with the aim of making possible the care of patients at primary level. The present study approaches in bibliographical character the importance of the nurses' performance in primary care using the Manchester Triage System.
