Objetivo: analisar o conhecimento sobre as consequências do parto cesárea sem indicação clínica por mulheres da rede privada. Método: A metodologia utilizada foi de abordagem qualitativa e método descritivo seguindo os pressupostos de Minayo. Resultados: A coleta de dados ocorreu em uma página virtual da rede social Facebook designada Espaço Gestante. Teve como critérios de inclusão para participar mulheres que tiveram parto cesárea sem indicação clínica e que tiverem idade igual ou superior a 18 anos, que aceitaram o convite e concordaram com o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido. A entrevista ocorreu por meio da ferramenta de formulário Google Forms, onde as participantes responderam a um questionário de 7 perguntas norteadoras. A análise de dados ocorreu concomitantemente a coleta de dados, seguidamente foram transcritos e agrupados conforme a semelhança. Nos resultados foram entrevistadas 5 mulheres com idade entre 23 e 42 anos, que tiveram ao menos uma cesárea. Conclusão: Na discussão foram apresentadas 6 categorias, dentre elas a de maior relevância a orientação sobre riscos e consequência da cesárea sem indicação clinica onde se revela divergência quanto as orientações recebidas de riscos do procedimento. É preciso ser analisado o nível de importância dado ao acesso as informações pelas mulheres sobre indicação, riscos maternos e fetais e o seu direito a participar efetivamente no processo de decisão da escolha da via de parto.
Objetivo: analisar a influência da pandemia nas consultas preventivas da Saúde da Mulher na atenção primária, descrevendo a percepção das mulheres quanto à assistência de enfermagem e orientação prestada durante o período da pandemia e avaliando sobre o retorno da paciente para busca do resultado. Método: estudo de qualitativa e exploratório que utilizou os princípios de Gil. Entre março e dezembro de 2020, foram entrevistadas 11 mulheres com idade entre 18 e 23 anos, que responderam questões referentes ao exame Papanicolau realizado durante a pandemia e suas experiências. Resultados: Após a transcrição e análise das entrevistas, surgiram quatro categorias temáticas, a ser: motivos para realização do papanicolau; sobre a realização do papanicolau durante a pandemia; orientações sobre a covid-19 e sobre o exame papanicolau por parte da equipe durante a pandemia; e orientação sobre a importância da busca do resultado. Conclusão: As entrevistas evidenciaram que as mulheres se sentiram inseguras em realizar o exame, bem como a dificuldade em acessar os serviços de saúde durante a pandemia. Além da necessidade do fortalecimento de ações de educação em saúde que visem a realização, orientação e importância do retorno para busca do resultado. Objetivo: descrever a experiência de familiares/cuidadores de pessoas portadoras da doença de Alzheimer que estejam fazendo uso do canabidiol como forma de tratamento por intermédio do Instituto Acalme (Associação Canabis Luz Medicinal). Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de método descritivo por meio de entrevista com o familiar ou cuidador de pessoa com a doença, que estejam em tratamento há mais de 6 meses. Resultados: Diante dos dados coletados, foi possível detectar que o uso do canabidiol como terapêutica ainda não é muito esclarecido, fazendo com que o tratamento se torne de difícil acesso em vários aspectos. Conclusão: Para a saúde esse estudo é relevante para que se possa entender um pouco mais sobre o tema visto que é uma terapêutica que vem crescendo a cada ano. Objetivo: analisar as orientações que os pais/mães ou responsáveis pela criança recebem sobre o cuidado na fimose infantil por parte dos enfermeiros. Método: abordagem qualitativa e método descritivo, seguindo os pressupostos de Minayo, no qual as participantes foram entrevistadas por meio da plataforma digital do Google Forms. Resultados: Foram 10 entrevistadas que atenderam aos seguintes critérios de exclusão: ter filhos entre 1 ano à 2 anos de idade, onde responderam todas as categorias propostas referente a fimose. Conclusão: os pais/responsáveis precisam de mais orientações a respeito da fimose na infância e as complicações que podem causar se não diagnosticadas ainda na infância. Com isso podemos deixar uma alerta para os profissionais da saúde em especial aqueles que realizam atendimentos nas unidades básicas de saúde, durante as consultas de crescimento e desenvolvimento oriente os pais/responsáveis com clareza sobre essa patologia e suas possíveis complicações.
