Resumo:Estudos que utilizam séries temporais são realizados em diversas áreas do conhecimento, como: economia, geofísica, geodésia etc. Dados específicos são associados a cada área supracitada, possibilitando efetuar análises sobre as séries, e avaliar as influências temporais de diversos fatores que interferem nos dados. No âmbito da geodésia espacial, vários estudos são desenvolvidos, de forma direta ou indireta, sobre séries temporais de dados posicionais (coordenadas), permitindo investigar a influência, por exemplo, da ionosfera, da troposfera, da geodinâmica etc. No entanto, a construção de uma série temporal posicional apresenta alguns empecilhos, que tornam esse procedimento moroso e, em muitos casos, inviável. Diante do exposto, esse trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a metodologia desenvolvida e implementada no software RINEX EDITION, para a geração de séries temporais posicionais. Como resultados, geraram-se duas séries temporais posicionais (coordenadas cartesianas X, Y, Z; elipsoidais φ, λ, h e as precisões de ambas), considerando um período de aproximadamente cinco anos e meio (5,5 anos), para duas estações da RBMC, utilizando o serviço de posicionamento IBGE-PPP. Uma comparação preliminar entre as séries das altitudes geométricas (h) e as séries de dados fluviométricos da Agencia Nacional de Águas (ANA) também foi efetuada, apresentando a influência da carga hidrológica na altitude geométrica.Palavras-chave: IBGE-PPP, Séries Temporais, RINEX EDITION, Carga Hidrológica. Resumo:Atualmente a validação da qualidade das informações cartográficas tem sido um tema cada vez mais evidente e de extrema importância. Com o surgimento da Infraestrutura Nacional de Dados Espaciais (INDE), surgiram diversas especificações técnicas com a finalidade de regulamentar e padronizar os inúmeros processos relacionados à produção cartográfica nacional. Nesse contexto, o objetivo do presente estudo é avaliar a acurácia posicional planimétrica de uma ortofoto gerada a partir de um sensor embarcado em uma plataforma VANT, através da aplicação dos métodos de feições pontuais e lineares, de acordo com o padrão de acurácia posicional brasileiro (Decreto-lei 89.817 aliado à ET-ADGV), considerando como referência um levantamento topográfico executado utilizando a tecnologia GNSS (Global Navigation Satéllite System) e método de posicionamento RTK (Real Time Kinematic). Os resultados alcançados demostram que tanto o método de feição linear (método Buffer Duplo) quanto o método de feição pontual apresentaram resultados similares, obtendo-se segundo o Decreto-lei nº 89.817 em concordância com a ET-ADGV classificação classe B para a escala 1:1000.Palavras-chave: VANT; Acurácia Posicional; Feição Linear.
No Posicionamento por Ponto Preciso (PPP), as coordenadas estimadas na época do levantamento são referenciadas à materialização do sistema de referência global utilizada nas órbitas dos satélites, atualmente IGb14 (época de coleta dos dados). No entanto, sistemas geodésicos regionais são adotados em diferentes países, como no Brasil, que adota o SIRGAS2000 (época 2000,4). Uma forma de lidar com estas diferenças, é a utilização da transformação de Helmert em conjunto com um modelo de velocidades (que também possui um sistema de referência) para a compatibilização tanto do referencial, quanto da época. Este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar o desempenho dos modelos VEMOS2009 e VEMOS2017 na aplicação do procedimento de redução de coordenadas para o posicionamento GNSS de alta precisão, considerando ou não a compatibilização do referencial das velocidades obtidas. Utilizou-se dados GNSS em formato RINEX de 175 estações da RBMC processados com o serviço online IBGE-PPP. Diante dos resultados encontrados, pôde-se verificar que a compatibilização de referencial das velocidades se mostrou eficaz para o processo de redução das coordenadas obtidas no IBGE-PPP. Das 1513 coordenadas obtidas com cada uma das quatro velocidades, a VEMOS2009-CCR apresentou 62,92% das menores discrepâncias, seguida pela VEMOS2017-CCR com 29,54%, VEMOS2009-SCR com 7,21% e VEMOS2017-SCR com 0,33%. Em relação à diminuição das discrepâncias após a compatibilização de referencial das velocidades, verificou-se que, para o VEMOS2009, 85,86% das coordenadas apresentaram uma menor discrepância após a atualização. Já para o VEMOS2017 essa diminuição ocorreu em 98,61% das coordenadas.
O IBGE-PPP, serviço de Posicionamento por Ponto Preciso (PPP) online, estima coordenadas originalmente referenciadas às materializações do ITRF (IGS) e então as compatibiliza para o SIRGAS2000 com a aplicação da transformação de Helmert e seus respectivos parâmetros de transformação. Em 17 de maio de 2020 o IBGE-PPP passou a utilizar um novo conjunto de parâmetros (P2), descontinuando o conjunto antigo (P1). Nesse contexto, este trabalho se propõe a avaliar os impactos dos novos parâmetros na compatibilização de referenciais e redução de coordenadas utilizados pelo IBGE-PPP, fundamentando-se em análise de séries temporais de dados de duas estações da RBMC, NAUS e AMCO. Analisando as séries temporais SIRGAS2000 compatibilizadas com P1 (SCP1) e P2 (SCP2) para as duas estações, observou-se que as séries de componentes norte (Δn) SCP1 apresentaram mudanças de nível (diferenças) de aproximadamente ±0,017 m e –0,013 m em relação a SCP2, nos períodos referentes às materializações do ITRF2005 (IGS05) e ITRF2014 (IGS14). As séries de componentes leste (Δe) e vertical (Δu) SCP1 também apresentaram diferenças quando comparadas à SCP2, porém com magnitudes entre 0,001 m e 0,006m e 0,004 m e 0,012 m, respectivamente. Considerando os conjuntos de parâmetros de transformação entre as materializações ITRF (IGS) e SIRGAS2000, pôde-se observar que as séries SCP2 apresentaram resultados mais consistentes quando comparadas às séries SCP1, diminuindo os impactos causados pelas trocas de referenciais ocorridas ao longo do tempo. Ademais, as séries SCP2 foram compatíveis com as séries referenciadas ao ITRF2014 (IGS) ao nível menor ou igual a 0,002 m.
Pontos da superfície terrestre estão sujeitos a deslocamentos causados por fenômenos geodinâmicos e de deformação, tais como: o movimento de placa, a atividade vulcânica, a carga hidrológica etc. Nesse sentido, as investigações do efeito da carga hidrológica têm se concentrado nas deformações associadas às componentes verticais. Entretanto, devido à viscoelasticidade da Terra, tais deformações também afetam as componentes horizontais (planimétricas). Assim sendo, objetiva-se com este trabalho investigar as deformações ocorridas em duas estações da RBMC (NAUS e AMBC) que margeiam o Rio Negro, na Amazônia brasileira, fundamentando-se em análises estatísticas de tendência e periodicidade (sazonalidade e ciclo) das séries temporais posicionais e de cotas linimétricas.Observou-se que em ambas as estações as componentes Δn e Δe apresentaram tendência (deformação contínua) significativa, o que não ocorreu para a componente Δu. Taxas de deformação contínua de 0,01198 e -0,00347 m/ano e de 0,01084 e -0,00476 m/ano foram observadas para Δn e Δe das estações NAUS e AMBC, respectivamente. As deformações periódicas de Δn e Δu da NAUS apresentaram lag sazonal similar ao das cotas linimétricas (365,2 dias), o que não ocorreu para Δe (1217,2 dias). Os extremos de tais deformações ocorrem anteriormente aos picos das cheias em 100% dos anos para Δn e 90% para Δu e, posteriormente aos vales das secas, em 80% dos anos em Δn e Δu. Por fim, os extremos das deformações periódicas de Δn e Δu da AMBC ocorreram antes dos picos e vales em 100% dos anos. O contrário foi observado para Δe em 100% dos anos.
