The purpose of this study is to identify the consumer requirements and technical requirements that are part of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis, as applied to restaurant SMEs in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The design of integrated Point of Sales (POS) and accounting applications prepared based on "Restoku" POS and Accounting applications that has been built and implemented at the restaurants. The draft then used as the basis for preparing a questionnaire that has been distributed for 200 restaurants. The research methodology begins with the collection of user requirements and analyse it using QFD. Application design is funded by the government through a program of Featured Universities Research by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI). Conclusions from this research are identified which include the Consumer Requirements of integrated POS and accounting application. The elements of the consumers requirements consists of 11 elements and 49 elements of Engineering Characteristics restaurant requirements. Therefore the design of POS and accounting applications that will be built, is designed according to the findings by eliminating features that are not needed by restaurant based on QFD House of Quality.
It is difficult to predict student graduation status in a college. Higher education needs to predict student behavior from active students so that it can be seen the failure factor of students who do not graduate on time. Data mining classification techniques used to predict students are using artificial neural networks. Artificial neural network is one method to predict student graduation. This researcher tries to apply artificial neural network methods using genetic algorithms to predict student graduation. In this study using the learning rate parameter 0.1 with optimization using genetic algorithms then evaluating to get accuracy. The results of this study get an accuracy value for artificial neural network models of 71.48% and accuracy for artificial neural network models based on genetic algorithms by 99.33% with an accuracy difference of 27.85%.
The main purpose of this research is to conduct a quality of service of data provider institutions for various business and research purposes as well as measuring the level of satisfaction of the user community in Indonesia using the SERVQUAL model. Measurement of service quality from the point of view of data user communities in the regions of North Sumatra, East Java, South Sulawesi, South Kalimantan, NTB, Maluku and West Papua, to represent user needs of data in Indonesia. The questionnaire consisted of a perception and expectation questionnaire using 5 SERVQUAL dimensions namely Reliability, Tangibles, Responsiveness, Empathy and Assurance. Results showed a negative gap value for all 5 dimensions, where the dimension of empathy has the highest gap. These findings indicate dissatisfaction with data provider services, the conclusion is the quality of data provider services in Indonesia, does not meet the users needs and desires, so it is necessary to make improvements to each dimension that has been measured (eliability, Tangibles, Responsiveness, Empathy and Assurance) in order to improve the quality of data provider services.</em></p><p class="Judul2"><strong><em><br /></em></strong></p>
This study attemp to build Smart Digital Library to be used by the wider community wherever they are. The system is built in the form of Smart Digital Library portal which uses semantic similarity method (Semantic Similarity) to search journals, articles or books by title or author name. This method is also used to determine the recommended books to be read by visitors of Smart Digital Library based on testimony from a previous reader automatically. Steps being taken in the development of Smart Digital Library system is the analysis phase, design phase, testing and implementation phase. At this stage of the analysis using WebQual for the preparation of the instruments to be distributed to the respondents and the data obtained from the respondents will be processed using Quality Function Deployment. In the analysis phase has the purpose of identifying consumer needs and technical requirements. The analysis was performed to a digital library on the web digital library Gunadarma University, Bogor Institute of Agriculture, University of Indonesia, etc. The questionnaire was distributed to 200 respondents. The research methodology begins with the collection of user requirements and analyse it using QFD. Application design is funded by the government through a program of Featured Universities Research by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI). Conclusions from this research are identified which include the Consumer Requirements of digital library application. The elements of the consumers requirements consists of 13 elements and 25 elements of Engineering Characteristics digital library requirements. Therefore the design of digital library applications that will be built, is designed according to the findings by eliminating features that are not needed by restaurant based on QFD House of Quality.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
