A photoelectric method for the registration of the triboluminescence spectra is described. Using this method the triboluminescence spectra of LiF crystals at destruction in air, vacuum, and in an argon atmosphere are obtained. The experimental study of triboluminescence of some alkali halide crystals have been carried out under the simultaneous control of the deformation and fracture processes, surface electrization, and electromagnetic radiation in the radio range. The correlation between the nature of these processes and the light emission is established.AaHo onmcaHHe @ o~o a n e~~p a u e c~o r o
In ferroelectrics possessing photoconductivity a number of specific effects may be observed. They consist in the influence of illumination on the phase transition, domain structure and ferroelectric properties (photoferroelectric effects). In this paper photoferroelectric effects were for the first time studied for BaTiO3
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
