As inovações tecnológicas, fundamentais para o desenvolvimento industrial, têm influenciado a vida humana e o trabalho. Neste contexto, esta pesquisa buscou analisar a existência de riscos na operação de fornos industriais, utilizado no processo de queima de telhas e tijolos em uma indústria de cerâmica vermelha localizada no município de Milagres, no Ceará. O objetivo foi identificar como a inovação tecnológica implementada nos fornos cerâmicos pode impactar na saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores, como também na preservação dos direitos sociais dessa classe operária. A metodologia possui abordagem qualitativa, mediante análise descritiva e comparativa, realizada a partir de um estudo de caso. Durante a etapa de coleta de dados, foram realizadas visitas in loco no chão de fábrica para detalhamento do processo produtivo da cerâmica e, em especial, na etapa de queima dos produtos. As evidências deste estudo corroboram que os trabalhadores desse setor produtivo estão expostos cotidianamente a diversos tipos de riscos ocupacionais. Em termos tecnológicos, tais problemas já poderiam ter sido resolvidos e, portanto, esperava-se que a contribuição do desenvolvimento tecnológico resultasse em incremento na qualidade dos produtos, aumento da produtividade, economia de combustível, redução na emissão de poluentes e, consequentemente, em uma maior segurança operacional.
O presente estudo tem por objetivo realizar uma revisão na literatura no período de 2015 a 2019 sobre a geração e uso da energia solar fotovoltaica no Brasil. Foram realizadas pesquisas por artigos científicos em bases de dados como SCOPUS e SCIELO, a partir dos critérios de inclusão: publicações nacionais e internacionais na forma de artigos científicos originais e artigos publicados em periódicos avaliados por pares. E posteriormente utilizados palavras chaves: energia fotovoltaica (photovoltaic energy) e sistemas fotovoltaicos (photovoltaic systems). Também foi considerado as publicações oficiais sobre o balanço energético nacional (Empresa de Pesquisa Energética - EPE). A conclusão é que a tecnologia fotovoltaica vem sendo mais utilizada em sistemas híbridos de geração de energia em sistemas conectados à rede convencional de energia e principalmente, em combinação com a energia eólica. Apesar de ser uma fonte energética alternativa com uso bastante disseminado, ainda enfrenta entrave devido, principalmente, aos elevados custos para financiamento dos painéis solares.
Diante de uma economia globalizada, as empresas têm procurado acirradamente aumentar a produção e a qualidade de seus produtos, com custos cada vez menores, o que tem resultado na intensificação do trabalho e gerado condições laborais inadequadas. Nessa perspectiva, a presente pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar ergonomicamente os postos de trabalho que integra a linha de produção de placas de borracha sintética em uma fábrica de calçados, localizada na cidade de Juazeiro do Norte (CE). Metodologicamente, essa pesquisa possui abordagem descritiva-exploratória, qualitativa e quantitativa, no qual contemplou revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo. O estudo estendeu-se aos seis postos de trabalho ao longo da linha de produção das placas de borrachas: pesagem; mistura; calandragem; resfriamento; vulcanização; e divisão. As visitas à fábrica se procederam por um minucioso acompanhamento do processo produtivo, onde foi realizado entrevistas com os trabalhadores e gestores. Após a avaliação dos postos de trabalho, ficou evidente que esses funcionários estão expostos a ambientes laborais ruidosos, quentes e com iluminação ineficiente, aliada a atividade repetitiva e intensa. Assim, algumas recomendações evidenciam os pontos a serem corrigidos pela empresa na célula de produção, com a finalidade de adequar o trabalho real às aptidões e limitações físicas do seu corpo de operários.
