Background: Vitiligo is the most common skin depigmenting disorder resulting from a selective loss of epidermal melanocytes, and affects around 0.5% of the world population. Both sexes are affected, and there are no apparent differences in rates of occurrence according to phototype or race. Aims: This study was done to evaluate the epidemiology of vitiligo in Damanhour teaching hospital and to assess the clinical presentations of vitiligo. Patients and methods : This is a cross-sectional study on patients of vitiligo among cases who attended the dermatology and andrology outpatient clinic in Damanhour teaching hospital ,El-Behira ,Egypt.A predesigned dermatological sheet was used for data collection from the first 10,000 patients during a period of six months. Patients were clinically examined to determine type of skin diseases they have and those with vitiligo were selected. Results : Out of 10,000 studied patients, there were 86 cases of vitiligo with a prevalence of 0.86%.The results revealed a female predominance. There was a predominance of patients from rural areas. The most common associated disorder was thyroid disease. Conclusion: the prevalence of vitilgo in Damanhour teaching hospital is 0.86% and it is slightly more common among females and in rural areas. The most common exacerbating factor is stress.

It has a vital effect on brain functions and many body systems as a result Poor sleep quality has been related to sexual difficulties.Evaluate the relationship between sleep and its effect on the sexual relationship in married women. aself-report questionnaire designed by the authors designed according to Younis et al (2017). Other questions were added to suit the purpose of study. The aim of the study and the details of the questionnaire were explained to the women before taking their informed consent. Participants were 300 women recruited from those attending Benha teaching hospital, Maternal and Childhood care units in Benha city, during the period from July to December 2020. Results: Adequate sleep duration leads to good sexual function.
Education is one of the most far reaching requirements for development. Combining work commitment, family responsibilities, and school obligations may be very complex and tasking. evaluate the impact of studying circumstances of women on various aspects of their sexual life. The study was performed on 400 married women aged 20 to ≥ 40years. Participants were divided into 2 groups, the studying group (300 cases of married, studying and sexually active women) and the control group (100 cases not studying, married and sexually active women). Each participant was asked to fill the questionnaire. There were highly significant differences between the 2 groups regarding sexual desire, orgasm, emotional satisfaction and sexual satisfaction. While there was a highly significant correlation between the 2 studied groups regarding sexual arousal, lubrication and pain. studying circumstances form a great stress on studying women and applied a negative impact on their sexual life.
