This research examined the effects of family environment, self concept, motivation and risk taking propensity on entrepreneurship intention in Merauke, the border area of Indonesia. Conducted by collecting data from 382 college student through questionnaire. This study applied linear regression analysis. The results showed family environment, self concept, motivation and risk taking propensity significantly affected entrepreneurship intention. The study implies that individual factor such as self-concept, motivation, and risk taking propensity together with social factor, family environment affect entrepreneurial intention.

This research aims to analyze how financial literacy influences entrepreneurial intention. The method used is quantitative method with logistic regression analysis. Data was collected from 382 undergraduate students in Musamus University. The results of the analysis show that financial literacy influences entrepreneurial intention. Students who have high financial literacy have higher entrepreneurial intention than students with low financial literacy. Four aspects of financial literacy, general knowledge of personal finance, saving-loan, insurance and investment effect on entrepreneurial intention. The contribution of this research is to support the importance of financial education for students in order to increase the interest in entrepreneurship.
<p><em>Margamulya is one of </em><em>the </em><em>villages in </em><em>the </em><em>Merauke Regency</em><em>,</em><em> </em><em>which is inhabited by </em><em>many transmigrant farmers from </em><em>the </em><em>Javanese ethnic. They introduce rice farming to local residents in Merauke Regency. The purpose of this research </em><em>is </em><em>to figure out the received income, output cost, profitability, and feasibility of rice farming in Margamulya Village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency, Papua. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. </em><em>Primary data was obtained from questionnaires and interviews, while the secondary data was obtained from Central Bureau Statistics of Merauke </em><em>Regency</em><em>. </em><em>The results showed rice farming in Margamulya Village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency is feasible to develop with the received profit is</em><em> </em><em>IDR</em><em>.</em><em>9,864,480, </em><em>the </em><em>total cost </em><em>is</em><em> IDR</em><em>.</em><em>12,176,495, </em><em>the </em><em>profitability of 0.81</em><em>,</em><em> and R/C value of 1.81</em><em>.</em></p>
The goal of this community service program is to make Yanggandur Village a Literary Literacy Village. The target of this program is 20 families who are still illiterate in Yanggandur Village. The method of implementing the program is a family-based metastasis strategy. Technically, this program is integrated with the Musamus University Community Service Program. 12 students act as the first tutor who will train the executive tutor who is one of the target family members. Furthermore, the executive tutor will teach other family members. At the end of the program, 36% of participants were able to write word for word in one or two sentences fluently and correctly, 56% of participants had been able to read word for word in one or two sentences correctly, and 60% of participants had been able to add and subtract shapes dozens. In conclusion, the implementation of family-based metastasis techniques can improve the ability to write, read, and count in the people of Yanggandur Village Merauke.
