Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan jumputan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan vokasional paket C pada warga belajar di PKBM Athree Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ada 5 orang, yaitu ketua PKBM, tutor yang melatih pelatihan jumputan, dan tiga warga belajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan jumputan yang dilakukan di PKBM Athree dalam mengembangkan kemampuan vokasional sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan pengelola sudah melakukan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan jumputan yaitu faktor pendukung yang terdiri dari semangat pendidik dalam memberikan pembelajaran mengenai jumputan, dukungan secara materil dari pemerintah, fasilitas pelatihan yang cukup memadai, dan motivasi belajar warga belajar untuk mengikuti pelatihan cukup tinggi. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambat meliputi warga belajar yang terlambat mengerjakan jumputan, peralatan pelatihan yang terbatas, dan waktu pelaksanaan yang singkat.Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, keterampilan jumputan, vokasional.
The article aimed to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the products developed, that was E-Student Worksheets in the form of Picture Stories Using Live Worksheets at Elementary Schools. The type of research used Research and Development (R&D). The research procedure used Rowntree development with three stages, namely planning, development and assessment. The product developed has been declared feasible to use according to the validation results from material experts, media experts, and design experts. In field trials, it was found that the use of e-student worksheets in the form of illustrated stories using live worksheets, made students happier to learn, interested in learning, and made it easier for students to understand the learning material. The E-Student Worksheets in the Form of Picture Stories using the developed live worksheet could be said to be feasible and effective to use. This research was useful as a reference for the use of technology for educators in providing variations of worksheets to students. This live worksheet was also useful in making it easier for educators to check the work of students and students are also given the convenience of collecting their worksheets without being limited by distance. Penerapan sistem perkuliahan secara hybrid learning sebagai solusi dari pembelajaran pasca covid 19 pada tahun 2022 menimbulkan berbagai polemik, khususnya mahasiswa sebagai objek dari pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Masyarakat FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya terhadap penerapan hybrid learning yang telah berlangsung pada Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey. Pengukuran sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan taraf kesalahan sebesar 1% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 148 mahasiswa. Selanjutnya, pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Mahasiswa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini diminta mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui tautan google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, 58.8% mahasiswa menyatakan puas terhadap pelaksanaan hybrid learning, 19.6% sangat puas, 19.6% kurang puas, dan hanya 2% yang menyatakan tidak puas. Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa tersebut diukur melalui indikator 1) fasilitas yang mendukung dengan persentase sangat puas sebesar 16.2%, puas 43.2%, kurang puas 30.6%, dan tidak puas 9.9%. 2) kolaborasi selama perkuliahan dengan hasil sebesar 34.9% sangat puas, puas 53.4%, kurang puas 10.1%, dan tidak puas 2.3%. 3) assessment dengan hasil bahwa mahasiswa sangat puas sebesar 22.3%, puas 65.6%, kurang puas 11.1%, dan tidak puas 1.0%. 4) support material dengan hasil bahwa 29.4% sangat puas, puas 56.1%, kurang puas 13.2%, dan tidak puas 1.3%. Berdasarkan data tersebut, indikator yang memperoleh survey kepuasan paling rendah adalah fasilitas. Peralatan yang mendukung hybrid learning belum tersedia dengan lengkap sehingga mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan secara online mengalami kesulitan mengikuti pembelajaran.
The development of Android-based interactive digital textbooks is one of the means which is expected to help improve students' understanding of concepts in the learning process. Interactive digital books can be used as a tool by lecturers in the learning process in the classroom so that lecturers do not only use conventional learning methods in the learning process. In line with the times, many lecturers, students and even the public generally access all information via digital. This paper aims to create an Android-based interactive digital textbook as media and resources for Nonformal Education (PLS) learning tools. The ADDIE Model (Branch, 2009) is used in this study. It consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research starts with a literature review and need`s assessment of 47 students for an Android-based interactive digital textbook, followed by a textbook draft. After compiling the Android-based interactive digital textbook, it is validated by three experts: content/material expert, presentation expert, and Indonesian language expert. After being evaluated by three experts, the draft of an Android-based interactive digital textbook is revised to accommodate individual and small group testing. In the outstanding category, interactive digital media textbooks and PLS learning resources based on Android received a total score of 146 (91.25%) from three expert validators. This research shows that interactive digital textbooks are very practical, with a practicality percentage of 83.33% for one-to-one and 83.16% for small groups. The android-based PLS media and learning resources are valid and valuable. Due to the lack of availability of media teaching materials and learning resources in out-of-school education, the presence of Android-based textbooks that can be accessed anywhere and at any time can help both lecturers and students understand media materials and learning resources outside of school.
