To determine the influence of hospital-based physicians' attitudes toward medical errors on professionalism understanding Method: The research was carried out in a descriptive, cross-sectional, and interrogative design. The study was carried out at the Cumhuriyet University Hospital with 182 physicians. A survey form was used to collect data. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated to be .809. Results: It was found that physicians' attitudes toward professionalism (x̄ = 3.72) and their attitudes towards medical errors (x̄ = 3.46) were positive. A positive correlation of 20.8% was found between the Professional Process sub-dimension and the Medical Error Perception subdimension. In the sub-dimension of professionalism, the score of the group of 41-50 age group was 21.52, while the score of the age group of 60 years and over was 25,40 (p <0,05). Conclusions: It has emerged that the physician's understanding of professionalism is not effective on attitudes in medical errors.
Günümüzde sağlık hizmetleri endüstrisinin mobil sağlık uygulamalarını kullanılmaya başlaması daha az maliyetle operasyonların yönetilebilmesine ve endüstrinin daha kollektif bir yapıda hizmet sağlamasına imkân tanımaktadır. Bu nedenlerle de; sağlık endüstrisinin gelecekte daha proaktif bir yapıya doğru evrileceği tahmin edilmektedir. Tanımlayıcı tipte planlanan bu çalışma ile hastane yönetimi alanında tercih edilen uygulamaların araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. İki ana uygulama mağazası olan App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinde çeşitli anahtar sözcükler kullanılarak arama yapılmıştır. Söz konusu uygulama mağazaları aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilen araştırmada ölçüt olarak; Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak tasarlanan uygulamalar, Tıp, Verimlilik, Eğitim, Sağlık ve Fitness, İş, Yaşam Tarzı ve Yardımcı Programlar kategorilerini içeren uygulamalar belirlenmiştir. İstenilen ölçütleri karşılayan ve Google Play ve iTunes mağazalarında yer alan toplamda 159 uygulama tespit edilmiştir. Uygulamaların %68,55’nin hasta yönetimi için tasarlandığı, bazı uygulamaların hastanelerin talebi ile özel olarak tasarlandığı, %86,8’inin ücretsiz olmasına rağmen sınırlı dağıtımı ve kullanımı olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu sonuçlara bakıldığında ulusal olarak belirlenmiş standart düzenlemelere göre tasarlanan uygulama çalışmalarının e-sağlık hizmetlerine önemli katkıları olacağı düşünülmektedir.
Örgütsel mahkumlaşma kavramı pozitif bireysel ve örgütsel çıktılar adına çok önemli bir girdi sağlamakla birlikte, özellikle pro-sosyal davranışların önemli olduğu sağlık sektörü açısından daha fazla önem arz etmektedir. Bu kapsamda mevcut çalışmanın amacı sağlık çalışanları üzerinde örgütsel mahkumlaşmanın örgütsel muhalefet üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmektir. Çalışmada anket tekniği kullanılmış olup veriler Konya İli'nde faaliyet gösteren sağlık kurumlarında çalışan 375 personelden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla yüzyüze görüşme yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları kurulan hipotezleri destekler nitelikte bulunmuş ve örgütsel mahkumlaşmanın örgütsel muhalefet üzerinde pozitif etkisini ortaya koymuştur. İlave olarak, örgütsel mahkumlaşmanın muhalefet alt boyutları olan açık muhalefet üzerinde negatif bir etkiye ve gizli muhalefet üzerinde ise pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Bu çalışma örgütsel mahkumlaşma üzerine teorik altyapı sunması ve örgütsel muhalefet ile ilişkisine yönelik uygulamalı analizlerle literatüre katkı sağlaması adına hem örgütsel davranış hem de sağlık yönetimi alanına önemli kazanımlar sağladığı değerlendirilmektedir.
The aim of this study, is to examine studies searched on WOS (Web of Science) in the field of violence to health employees worldwide in the last five years in terms of different variables. The study's universe is made up of the WOS databases from 2014 to 2018 and includes studies with the words "violence health workers", "verbal abuse health workers", "physical violence health workers", "sexual harassment health workers" and "cyberbullying health workers". Only "research articles" were examined. In total 90 articles were identified, of which 85 were reached and examined according to criteria determined by the researchers. In the studies, which is reached as full text, "violence against health workers" was the most commonly used keyword. It was determined that the studies were mostly published in 2017 (30) and English (74) was the commonly preferred language of the studies. It has been found that the studies conducted are mostly written by two authors and above (26) and the authors of all 84 studies mostly work in departments related to Health and Business Administration. Studies in the field of violence to health employees were made mostly in ABD (15), Turkey (9), China (9) ve Italy (7), respectively. In the studies examined, survey (48) and focus group interview / deep interview / interview technique (16) was used as a data collection tools and quantitative method (44) was used as the research method.
