Introdução: As mudanças históricas no atendimento em saúde mental no Brasil são resultados de movimentos sociais e políticos mobilizados por usuários, seus familiares e trabalhadores de saúde a fim de transformar o modelo de atenção asilar, até então vigente, por um modelo de atenção à saúde que garantisse direitos e proteção às pessoas com transtornos mentais. Objetivos: verificar sobre a emergência psiquiátrica no contexto da rede de atenção psicossocial. E os específicos: realizar um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a emergência psiquiátrica no contexto da rede psicossocial; mostrar a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na atuação psicossocial em urgência e emergência psiquiátrica no contexto da rede psicossocial. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva e exploratória, na modalidade revisão integrativa. A coleta de dados deu-se de forma virtual: biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Google Acadêmico e SciELO (Scientifie Electronic Library Online). Para a seleção dos artigos foi levados em consideração a aplicação de critérios de inclusão: publicações entre 2012 a 2022, artigos em texto completo, publicações em português e inglês, gratuitos e exclusão: publicações anteriores ao ano de 2012. Resultados: Foi realizada um sistema de procura nos bancos de dados BVS, periódicos CAPES e SciELO de artigos empíricos, bem como revisões sobre serviços de saúde voltados às emergências psiquiátricas. Deste modo, a pesquisa ocasionou uma reflexão sobre as emergências e urgências perante a reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira no espaço do acolhimento pré-hospitalar. Conclusão: O enfermeiro acaba sendo o primeiro profissional a contactar com os pacientes nessas situações, exigindo condutas rápidas e eficazes a fim de evitar maiores prejuízos ao indivíduo, porém a literatura mostra que a enfermagem atuante nesses serviços ainda não possui especializações, instigando a pensar numa diferença de informação na área, bem como no desapego por parte dos enfermeiros atuantes nos serviços.
Descreve sobre os efeitos esperados no tratamento de depressão com o uso de oxalato de escitalopram. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo que envolve uma revisão integrativa da literatura com abordagem descritiva. A seleção dos artigos foi realizada no mês de outubro/2020, nas principais bases de dados da área de saúde: LILACS, SciELO, MEDLINE, Periódicos Capes. Na realização deste estudo foi utilizado como critérios de inclusão: artigos em periódicos não predatórios, com forte impacto, entre 2015 e 2021 e que possam ser completos e gratuitos. Os critérios de exclusão decididos foram: não utilizar literatura cinzenta, retirar artigos repetidos em mais de uma base e que não tratem especificamente do tema em questão. Resultados: Os cruzamentos de busca nas bases de dados estabelecidas resultaram na identificação de 580 artigos no banco de dados LILACS, 730 na Scielo e 162 no MEDLINE, totalizando 1472 artigos. A aplicação dos três filtros possibilitou refinamento que resultou em seleção final de 07 artigos, com base na relevância e na qualidade dos dados para a presente revisão. Para melhor identificação de cada artigo selecionado, organizou-se uma exposição dos mesmos em sequência numérica, iniciando em 01 até 7 (Tabela 1). Considerações Finais: A depressão e o transtornos mentais, acarretam em outras patologias entre elas as doenças cardiovasculares levando os pacientes a internação. No entanto, os medicamentos antidepressivos são apenas moderadamente eficazes para o tratamento de TDM. Além disso, efeitos adversos comuns podem levar à interrupção do tratamento e recrudescimento dos sintomas. Por essas razões, novas estratégias de tratamento são continuamente buscadas.
Em novembro de 2019, foi descoberto um surto de doenças respiratórias causadas pelo novo Coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2) em Wuhan conhecida, mundialmente como Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Este vírus se alastrou ligeiramente entre os países, influenciando a vida diária de bilhões de pessoas ao redor do mundo, sendo declarado pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) em março de 2020, como uma pandemia. O objetivo do estudo é descrever sobre o impacto da pandemia do Coronavírus no serviço de controle de infecção hospitalar das unidades de terapia intensiva. A pesquisa está voltada para uma revisão da literatura com abordagem descritiva e exploratória através das bases de dados: Acervo Saúde, Google Acadêmico e Scientific Electronic Library (SciELO). As equipes de saúde não estavam prontas para atuar de forma mais intensiva com os pacientes durante as internações nas UTI, pois naquele momento era algo desconhecido e o que prevaleceu foi os saberes e as pesquisas de outras patologias que acabaram sendo um dos maiores víeis de controle da transmissão da Coronavírus neste atual cenário. Dentre os muitos desafios impostos pela pandemia de COVID-19 para os profissionais de saúde envolvidos na linha de frente, onde necessitavam de uma gestão em terapia intensiva que se expôs como oportunidade de repensar o trabalho, diante da ausência de guias ou protocolos validados que orientassem esses profissionais em situações de crise.
Com as novas tecnologias de informação, as chamadas TI (Tecnologias Informatizadas) promoveram uma revolução tecnológica nas salas de aula, em uma plataforma digital aprofundando a interação dos alunos com o conteúdo das disciplinas assim como abrindo um mundo ilimitado de conhecimento e oportunidades ultrapassa barreiras físicas. No desenvolvimento da Educação a Distância, a EAD, o ensino ultrapassou fronteiras de espaço e tempo através da informática; por meio da internet locais onde profissionais de educação estavam ausentes foram preenchidos pela a presença de tutores virtuais através da tela do computador, e apesar da distância física causada pela a localização geográfica, o ensino está alcançando todos os brasileiros, democratizando a educação básica, média e superior. Discutir a importância desse acesso à educação, e a mudança do paradigma de professor, sala de aula física, presença física aluno para tutor virtual, sala de aula virtual, presença virtual aluno e como isto afetará o ensino no futuro é um dos objetivos deste trabalho.
