As a part of wide research of reintegration of human resources of economy in transition, a new method of identification and measurement of components of organizational culture was shown in this study. Beside usual organizational parameters, in identification of cultural patterns of organizational behavior included were: a perception of employee roles, the role of a director, the locus of control, and subjects' interests. Such an approach is taking into consideration the fact that different components are not at the same general level and depth in organizational culture, and consequently not equally prone to changes. In this research, the sample consisted of 880 employees in six different working organizations from different towns of Yugoslavia. The research was done during 2002. Five special instruments have been developed to meet the outlined conceptualization of the components of organizational culture. U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja koje odgovara na pitanje kako je 14 strategija suоčаvаnjа sа strеsоm (merenih skalom Brief COPE (Carver, 1997)) pоvеzаno sa brаčnim zadovoljstvom (merenim dimenzijom Dijadnog zadovoljstva iz DAS skale (Dyadic Adjustment Scale -DAS: Spanier, 1976;1989)), na populaciji žena koje žive u Srbiji. Pored toga, istraži-vanjem je utvrđena i struktura razlika u izboru strategija suočavanja sa stresom između žena koje su globalno zadovoljne svojim bračnim odnosom i žena koje su globalno nezadovoljne svojim bračnim odnosom. Među ispitanim strategijama suočavanja sa stresom, kao samostalno najznačajniji prediktor dijadnog zadovoljstva, kod žena u našoj sredini, pokazalo se korišćenje emocionalne podrške drugih ljudi. Nalazi istraživanja pokazuju da je, u proseku, za žene koje su globalno nezadovoljne svojim bračnim odnosom karakterističnije pasivno-depresivno reagovanje pri suočavanju sa stresom, dok je ženama koje su globalno zadovoljne svojim bračnim odnosom svojstvenije planiranje kako prevazići postojeći životni problem, uz oslanjanje na emocionalnu podršku drugih ljudi.Ključne reči: brak, bračni odnosi, bračno zadovoljstvo, strategije suočavanja sa stresom.
The main goal of this study is to find answers to the following question: can the EPI results be interpreted at the level of personality traits, without their conversion to the dimensions of primary emotions? The paper introduces a new, efficient and easy-to-use method of scoring and interpreting the EPI results. The norms were calculated on the sample of 807 high school students, and presented as distributions of 12 EPI personality traits. We have presented the z-value distributions for male and female respondents that can serve as preliminary norms based on which raw scores can be transformed to standardized scores. This method of scoring allows the interpretation of a larger number of different mutual combinations of personality traits beyond the limitations of the scoring protocol. The paper also analyzes the structure of the BIAS scale, and provides guidance for identifying and interpreting the dissimulative profiles. The basic guidelines for the analysis and interpretation of the results at the level of the profile are also presented.
In order to evaluate the factor structure of the Emotions Profile Index (EPI) 217 first-year students accommodated in the school’s dormitory were examined. The data was analyzed with Beelzebub algorithm for comparative confirmative and exploratory component analysis. The results show that the empirical structure of EPI can be related with 4 bipolar factor structure proposed in the scoring key, although the relation is far from indubitable. The structure of hypothetical dimension Distrustful vs. Trustful has a solid empirical foundation, correlations between orthoblique and hypothetical factors of theoretical dimensions Gregarious vs. Depressed and Timid vs. Aggressive are acceptable while, on the other hand, the structure of the hypothetical dimension Controlled vs. Dyscontrolled requires revising, not only because the Adventurous trait is used to describe both of their poles but for numerous other reasons. U cilju utvđivanja efekata koje na percepciju bračnog kvaliteta, kod žena, ima bračni lokus kontrole, uz praćenje efekata bračne nestabilnosti i dužine braka, ispitana je 1821 žena, starosti od 19 do 75 godina. Bračni lokus kontrole je meren Skalom doživljaja lične efikasnosti u rešavanju bračnih konflikata (Perceived efficacy in solving intimate conflict scale: Fincham & Bradbury, 1987), bračna nestabilnost je izražena Indeksom bračne nestabilnosti (Martial Instability Index: Booth, Johnson, & Edwards, 1983), a percipirani kvalitet braka je meren Skalom prilagođenosti u bračnom odnosu (Dyadic Adjustment Scale – DAS: Spanier, 1976). U obradi prikupljenih podataka, primenjene su četiri hijerarhijske regresione analize, u kojima su kriterijske varijable bile subdimenzije kvaliteta bračnog odnosa: konsenzus, dijadno zadovoljstvo, afektivno-seksualna usaglašenost i kohezivnost. U cilju kontrole uticaja prediktorskih varijabli, u analizu je u prvom koraku uključena dužina braka, u drugom bračana nestabilnost, a u trećem koraku je ispitan odnos bračnog lokusa kontrole i pojedinačnih dimenzija kvaliteta braka. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata možemo zaključiti da je doživljaj lične efikasnosti u rešavanju bračnih konflikata, kod žena, dobar pokazatelj prvenstveno stepena njihovog zadovoljstva brakom, ali i njihove procene stepena slaganja sa bračnim partnerom po pitanjima koja su od značaja za svakodnevno funkcionisanje. S druge strane, na osnovu procene bračnog lokusa kontrole u manjoj meri možemo zaključivati o bračnoj kohezivnosti i stepenu afektivno-seksualne usaglašenosti supružnika. Procena bračne nestabilnosti povećava stepen razumevanja različitih aspekata kvaliteta braka, dok je doprinos samog vremena koje su supružnici proveli u braku, iako statistički značajan, praktično zanemariv.
