Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP), also named primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy (PHO: MIM 167100), is a rare genetic disease characterized by 3 major symptoms: pachydermia including cutis verticis gyrata (CVG), periostosis, and digital clubbing.
