RESUMOO presente estudo consiste em uma avaliação pré-ocupação de um projeto de interiores, com enfoque na análise da Ergonomia e da Psicologia Ambiental. A pesquisa possui caráter exploratório e qualitativo, com abordagem multimetodológica, que consiste em levantamento físico, avaliação antropométrica, visita de exploração, predição comportamental e entrevistas. Com a pesquisa, buscou-se demonstrar a importância da realização de estudos e avaliações ainda na fase projetual, premeditando constrangimentos ergonômicos e ambientais, propondo soluções que visam a melhor qualidade no ambiente antes de sua execução. Concluiu-se que muitos dos problemas encontrados em franquias são passíveis de serem replicados pois seguem um projeto padrão.
ABSTRACTThe present study consists of a pre-occupation evaluation of an interior design, focusing on the analysis of Ergonomics and Environmental Psychology. The research has an exploratory and qualitative feature, with a multi-methodological approach, consisting in physical survey, anthropometric evaluation, exploration visits, behavioral prediction and interviews. With the research, it was tried to demonstrate the importance of studies and evaluations in the design phase, premeditating ergonomic and environmental constraints, proposing solutions that seek the best quality in the environment before execution. It was concluded that many of the problems found in franchises are likely to be replicated by following a standard design.
Com o avanço da construção de edificações mais esbeltas são necessárias novas soluções para melhoria das fundações em relação aos esforços de tração. Neste estudo, comparou-se valores de capacidade de carga pelo método teórico de tronco de cone aos obtidos pela prova de carga in situ. Para isso foram confeccionadas seis estacas, sendo três concretadas com o uso do aditivo expansor MC- Quellmittel e três sem o uso desse. Constatou-se que a adição de 0,15% do aditivo MC- Quellmittel ocasionou um aumento de 10,9% no atrito lateral, resultando em um ganho na capacidade de carga à tração nas estacas.
The academy aims to understand and insert digital technologies in the collaborative, interdisciplinary and innovative process. Thus, the process of this project aims to develop an itinerant space that enables integration between academics and the community, associated with digital technologies, making it essential as a precursor of knowledge, innovation and social well-being. Based on concepts from Smart City and Smart Campus, as it addresses a phenomenon of development intrinsic to technological processes in pursuit of environmental quality, it appropriates of digital manufacturing tools as a programmatic production model. Inspired by the generation of physical objects from digital models along the lines of Wikihouse, a modular architectural executive method was developed as an alternative for flexibility and movement. At the end of the process, there is the conception of the TEC-House, idealized as an itinerant modular space, based on anthropometric parameters where function determines the way they integrate, constituting modifying places.
