Analisar as evidências científicas acerca das atribuições do enfermeiro no rastreamento do câncer de colo do útero em pacientes atendidas na Unidade Básica de Saúde. O estudo trata de uma revisão bibliográfica do método revisão integrativa da literatura, realizado no mês de outubro de 2020. A busca efetuou-se, através da Plataforma da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde - BVS, utilizando as bases de dados LILACS, BDENF, MEDLINE, IBECS, e por meio do Portal Google Acadêmico, aderindo-se através dos descritores: “Cuidados de enfermagem”, “Pacientes”, “Câncer de colo do útero”, “Unidade Básica de Saúde”, cruzados com o operador boleando “AND”. É necessário que o enfermeiro tenha uma visão holística, realizando o seu trabalho de forma humanizada e integral. Assim, o controle do câncer de colo de útero está sujeito a ações voltadas para a saúde, prevenção do câncer e qualidade de vida, assim o enfermeiro intervém nessas ações e outras como as visitas domiciliares e a consulta de enfermagem de forma humanizada e integralizada. A enfermagem tem um papel imprescindível na prevenção do câncer de colo de útero, identificando as populações de alto risco, desenvolvendo ações de planejamento, controle e supervisão de programas de educação e prevenção, e assim contribuindo para um diagnóstico precoce da doença.

O presente estudo trata de uma revisão bibliográfica do método revisão integrativa da literatura, realizado nos meses de outubro e novembro de 2020. A busca efetuou-se, através da BVS, utilizando as bases de dados (LILACS), (MEDLINE), (BDENF), e por meio do Portal Google Acadêmico, aderindo-se através dos descritores: “Cuidados de enfermagem” AND “Câncer de Mama” AND “Atenção Primária”, combinados com o operador booleando “AND”. É relevante que o enfermeiro desenvolva ações para o enfrentamento à neoplasia mamária, conheça os métodos de detecção precoce e realize ações de rastreamento para identificação antecedente do câncer de mama ou de lesões precursoras em indivíduos assintomáticos o mais rápido possível, para que sejam implementadas medidas efetivas reduzindo sua mortalidade. Os profissionais de saúde devem assumir a responsabilidade de participar na detecção de anormalidades na mama nas consultas realizando assim uma assistência integral, resolutiva e humanizada. Sendo fundamental a ação do enfermeiro durante as consultas na atenção à saúde da mulher na detecção destas anormalidades através do acolhimento, no exame clínico das mamas, na educação em saúde e solicitando exames mais complexos quando necessário.
Analisar as evidências científicas publicadas sobre as estratégias e desafios em manter a saúde mental dos profissionais de enfermagem no contexto da pandemia Covid-19. O presente estudo trata de uma revisão bibliográfica do método revisão integrativa da literatura, realizado nos meses entre janeiro a maio de 2021. A busca efetuou-se, através da Plataforma da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde - BVS, utilizando as bases de dados (LILACS), (BDENF), por meio da (SCIELO). Aderindo-se através dos descritores/palavras chaves: “Enfermagem”, “Saúde Mental”, “Covid-19”, combinados com o operador booleano “AND”. O profissional fica exposto e pode levar à ocorrência de desgastes psicológicos, estresse elevado, ansiedade, depressão. Essas comorbidades, quando se fazem presentes, podem impactar negativamente na satisfação com o trabalho, resultando em prejuízos na assistência, qualidade do cuidado e segurança do paciente. É comum atualmente identificar sintomas de ansiedade e depressão e o grande impacto que essas manifestações causam sobre o bem-estar e as atividades diárias dos trabalhadores da saúde. Na enfermagem, percebe-se um grande índice dessas manifestações psíquicas entre os profissionais. Destaca-se que todos esses fatores estressores relacionados à atuação da enfermagem tendem a se exacerbarem diante de um cenário de calamidade como o qual têm se instalado nos últimos tempos, pois o mundo atualmente está passando por um período de turbulência decorrente da pandemia ocasionada pelo novo coronavírus. Diante desse contexto, faz – se necessário que sejam implementadas intervenções de suporte psicológico para esse grupo, tendo em vista que os profissionais de saúde correm um risco significativamente elevado e apresentam psicopatologias como: ansiedade, depressão, estresse, insônia, medo, TEPT, síndrome de Burnout.
O tabagismo está associado a desfechos desfavoráveis em COVID-19. Os fumantes são mais vulneráveis a vírus respiratórios que os não fumantes, sendo maior o risco de infecção grave por influenza em fumantes, que também apresentam quadros clínicos mais graves. Com isso, a presente pesquisa tem o objetivo de descrever os principais riscos da relação do tabagismo com a COVID-19. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. Para a realização desse estudo, foram consultadas as bases de dados: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), Google Acadêmico e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO). Utilizou-se os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS) de forma associada: “Fumantes”, “Tabagismo”, “COVID-19” e “Complicações”. Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, restaram 8 estudos. Os estudos incluídos foram tabelados e foram feitas revisões críticas e corroborativas entre cada um deles. O tabagismo aumenta o risco de complicações de inúmeras doenças, em especial as cardiovasculares, doenças respiratórias (bronquite e enfisema) e diversos tipos de câncer, além de causar diferentes tipos de inflamação prejudicando os mecanismos de defesa do organismo, o que certamente enfraquece o sistema imunológico, tornando-o menos capaz de responder efetivamente a infecções.
