“…Single cell suspensions were made in RPMI 1640 by chopping a portion of the liver with a blunt forceps and passing the cell population through a nylon mesh with 70 μm pore size. Red blood cells were lysed by incubating the cells in 0.83% ammonium chloride solution for 10 minutes at 4°C [38,39].
