Wrapped Left Anterior Descending Artery Presenting As Inferior Myocardial Infarction: Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Acute occlusion of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery generally results in ST-segment elevation in the anterior leads of the electrocardiogram and reciprocal ST-segment depression in the inferior leads. We present a case of LAD occlusion presenting as inferior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
