Abstract: Research on Coercion and Users' Views Research and Users' RoleHistorically, the interest for users' perception in health echoes the Quality Assurance approach, developed in trade and industry, which has now expanded to the mental health services. It draws attention to the "user satisfaction criterion" that is an Users' Perceptions and Views on Violence and Coercion in Mental Health
