Сomprehensive assessment of barley plants regenerated from resistant to cadmium callus lines

Abstract: Накопление кадмия (Cd) в зерне ячменя (Hordeum vulgare L.) и его последующая передача по пищевым цепям человеку и животным является серьезной экологической проблемой. Создание стресс-толерантных сортов для сокращения потерь урожая и противодействия биоаккумуляции токсичных ионов может способствовать сохранению качества зерна и повышению продуктивности ячменя на загрязненных кадмием почвах.
