“…Burnout refers to physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by chronic occupational stress with three core dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment (Maslach, Schaufeli, & Leiter, 2001). Special education teachers have been reported to experience moderate to high levels of burnout owing to the challenging student behaviors, the lack of administrative support, and the excessive workload (Jovanović, Karić, Mihajlović, Džamonja-Ignjatović, & Hinić, 2019;Nuri, Demirok, & Direktör, 2017).
