Abstract:Magnetosome formation inside magnetotactic bacteria is a complex process strictly regulated by intracellular metabolic regulation system. A series of transcriptional regulators have been proved involved in magnetosome bio-synthesis, including OxyR-Like, which is indispensable during magnetosome maturation in Magnetospirillum gryphiswaldense MSR-1.
