Who adopts MIND/FIND in INTERPOL’s fight against international crime and terrorism?

Abstract: This article determines the key factors inducing INTERPOL countries to institute MIND/FIND, a technology which facilitates systematic searches of people, motor vehicles, and documents at international transit points.
