Abstract: Narcolepsy is a neurological disorder that affects ability to wake and sleep. Individuals with narcolepsy have excessive, uncontrollable daytime sleepiness, cataplexy, hallucinations, sleep paralysis etc. It is divided into type 1 and 2 on the basis of cataplexy.Type 1 is autoimmune.
