What kind of leadership promotes vocational education and training (VET) teachers’ enthusiasm at work?

Abstract: Vocational education and training (VET) teachers' experiences of enthusiasm at work are the force that that may enhance the quality, effectiveness, and productivity of the currently renewing vocational education.
