Web-Based Instruction Diffusion and Adoption Model

Abstract

This article proposed that Web-Based Instruction (WBI) diffusion in colleges and universities was an innovation.Under the guidance of Diffusion of Innovation theory, the article described the WBI diffusion and adoption model as "five stages and four levels".
