Compromising the online social network account of a genuine user, by imitating the user’s writing trait for malicious purposes, is a standard method. Then, when it happens, the fast and accurate detection of intruders is an essential step to control the damage. In other words, an efficient authorship verification model is a binary classification for the investigation of the text, whether it is written by a genuine user or not. Herein, a novel authorship verification framework for hijacked social media accounts, compromised by a human, is proposed. Significant textual features are derived from a Twitter-based dataset. They are composed of 16124 tweets with 280 characters crawled and manually annotated with the authorship information. XGBoost algorithm is then used to highlight the significance of each textual feature in the dataset. Furthermore, the ELECTRE approach is utilized for feature selection, and the rank exponent weight method is applied for feature weighting. The reduced dataset is evaluated with many classifiers, and the achieved result of the F-score is 94.4%.

In a company, employee turnover is something that often happens every year and even every month. Especially large companies that have many employees and departments. However, the frequent turnover of employees sometimes causes the company got a problem in selecting new employees, this is due to several factors, one of that is the company's inadequacy in selecting new employees. So, employees who are accepted are not as expected by the company. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can assist companies in assessing each prospective new employee that will be accepted by the company. A decision support system is a technology that can be used by companies in assessing prospective new employees based on the criteria that have been provided. Later on, the company can find out which candidate is the most suitable or approaching the criteria needed by the company. By using this decision support system of course can reduce the risk of mistakes in selecting new employee candidates and is expected to help companies find suitable candidates for employees who are ready to work well. This decision support system can be designed using profile matching and electre methods. Profile matching is used as the initial stage of selecting new employee candidates, then after getting the basic value of each candidate, the system finalizes the scores and ranks employees starting from the best using the Electre method.

The development of computer technology increasingly makes computers more popular in the community, so that it is easy to find computer usage in completing human work. The use of information technology is now increasingly developing with decision supportbased information systems that can help decision makers in providing better decision decisions. Likewise in the process of receiving Vikar in the GKPI church. Vicar candidates must go through the selection stage and at the final stage a decision-based support system is used to provide the right decision, the prospective Vikar who can be accepted in the GKPI. In this study, ARAS method is used which is expected to solve problems related to multi-criteria-based decision processing.
